Inventory analyst & operational executor - student role

General Description

Be part of spare parts inventory leading team, in the strategic process & automation department.

The team is managing spare parts inventory, leading inventory projects with the planning team, and leading automation & process improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead analytical tasks, inventory optimization projects, and execute E2E with the planning team.

Create tools, reports, and dashboards, for better management.

Proactively seek for opportunities to reduce excess inventory, optimize our inventory levels, and keeping high service level to our customers.

Requirements

• Education: 3rd year Industrial Engineering student at a university.
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in data analysis and dashboard development tools, with experience in Tableau and Power BI being advantageous.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Interpersonal relations: Team player with the ability to drive for action without direct authority.
• Presentations skills: ability to convey a clear message to an audience in different managerial levels.
• Time Management: Ability to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Languages & Communication: Excellent proficiency in English – verbal & written.
• Availability: 3 days a week
