We are looking for a Senior Quality Eng. In this position you will lead cross-functional technical teams in Root-Cause Analysis investigations, supporting continuance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Leading Root Cause investigation in a multi-disciplinary environment while providing technical guidance.
• Leading Quality processes improvements and mentoring Root Cause Analysis methods.
• Analyzing data & Product performance status via analytic tools.
• Customer centric focus and building Proactive Quality processes.
• Leading cross-functional operating mechanism.
  
  

• Minimum Bachelors in Mechanical \ Electrical Engineering., Manufacturing Engineering, System Engineer.
• Work experience of 5-8 years in a multi-disciplinary manufacturing company.
• Proven Problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities, proactive and ability to work independently.
• English – high level required.
• High sense of accountability and end-to-end responsibilities.
• Engagement skills - lead without authority.
• Presentation skills.
• Previous experience with Quality processes and manufacturing processes – an advantage
• Hands on experience with Tableau, Service-Now or similar applications – an advantage
• Note: job may require occasional visits to suppliers’ sites and HP site at Kiryat-Gat.
