Bylith's Product Experience team, The team is responsible for the user experience and design of multiple SaaS web products (CRM, Web Editing Platform, Commerce, Data Automation) in a highly innovative, technical, and empowering work environment.

In this role you will manage, design & create a challenging high-end SaaS web products for the biggest operations & brands in the world, in a great work atmosphere and with highly skilled and empowering teammates.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor and lead team of designers and design products for inbound and outbound clients.
• Create user interface and interaction designs for our products & activities
• Take part in creating a design systems and style guides as needed
• Communicate design concept ideas through sketches and prototypes
• Work closely with designers, developers, and product team to understand technical feasibility, as well as to ensure designs are understood and implemented correctly
• Solve problems creatively in an agile and lean product environment
• Follow an iterative design process from low-fidelity ideation and sketches to high-fidelity pixel-perfect UI

Desired Skills And Experience

• At least 2 years of experience as a UX/UI Manager / Product Designer Manager
• At least 3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer / Product Designer
• Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication or Interactive Design or equivalent
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Collaborate effectively with product management, development and other team members and stakeholders
• Organized, self-directed, efficient and able to manage multiple and complex projects in a timely manner
• Proficiency with required design software such as: Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Ability to create smart design systems, reusable design & thinking
• A strong eye for visual composition & Typography
• Animation and/or Illustration skills - An advantage
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Understanding of marketing, production, web/app design, corporate identity, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• A team player, willing to help your teammates out, share knowledge, and learn from them
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
