Country Manager

This is a great opportunity to lead an established sales and service team in Israel.

As in Country Manager you will be responsible for the country PnL, a team of 4 Sales Reps, 8 Service Engineers and Service Supervisor and 2 Administrators. In collaboration with the regional management, marketing, and business development functions you will ensure continued growth of the Waters business by delivering benefits through innovation to our customers, particularly those in the pharmaceutical- and biotechnology industry, and in life-, materials-, and food sciences.

Waters Corporation has a subsidiary in Israel so we work directly with our customers to advise them on the best possible solutions from the Waters portfolio and you will be a key part in helping to grow market share.

We are looking for an experienced sales professional from the sciences, medical devices, Pharma/BioPharma industry to help us grow market share and continue our solid presence in the country.

Ideally you will be:

• A highly motivated and passionate individual with drive, perseverance, and determination
• Have experience managing a sales team
• Have a good knowledge of the Analytical Instruments market in Israel
• Experience and or educated in science/business background.
