As a Wages & Corporate FP&A Analyst at Cognyte, you'll play a pivotal role in managing our most critical resources: human capital and financials.

As a Cognyter you will:

• Wages Management: Lead all aspects of wages and human capital financials, including forecasting, P&L analysis, Budget Vs Actual comparison and more.
• Financial Strategy: Drive annual budget and long-term financial strategies, collaborating with stakeholders and providing actionable insights.
• Provide to executive management with ad-hoc financial requests and support board of directors and investor presentations.
• Budget Monitoring: Monitor expenses of global cross-functional departments, including budget approvals and expenses control.
  
  

• Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding interpersonal skills, fast learner, ability to work independently and in a matrix mode, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of FP&A/business finance experience, with a focus on wages analysis.
• Skills: Exceptional analytical skills, proficiency in Excel & Tableau.
• An endlessly curious mind
• Education: BA in Economics or similar field.
• Language: Fluent in English.
