Finance operations manager

Our rapidly growing dynamic technology operations company is seeking a Finance Operations Manager (report to the COO). This role involves team management, including finance and accounts, ongoing communication with financial entities for collaborative work, risk management, and the development of tools to enhance operational processes. The job entails:

• Team Leadership: Managing the global financial team, including service providers and other staff members involved in financial operations.
• Financial Reporting: Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders, which may include management reports, financial statements etc.
• Vendor Management: Collaborating with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and optimize financial arrangements and work flows.
• Tools development: Define and develop tools to optimize processes in collaboration with the development.
• Business oriented: Understand company needs and provide operational responses to ongoing requirements.
• Cash Management: Monitoring and managing the organization's cash flow to ensure liquidity and optimize financial resources.
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
• Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline financial processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Strategic Planning: Contributing to the development and execution of the organization's financial strategy, aligning financial goals with overall business objectives.
