What will you do?

As the Chief of Staff to the CEO and CFO, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic initiatives, operational efficiency, and overall effectiveness of our organization.

As the Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the executive team (CEO, CFO) to drive strategic initiatives and ensure the smooth operation of HiBob

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic support to the executive team, including conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing reports and presentations
• Taking part in Management meetings and support with action items tracking
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate and align cross-functional teams to drive key initiatives and achieve company goals
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across the organization, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability
• Monitor and assess market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making
• Identify and address operational inefficiencies, proposing and implementing process improvements
• Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, offering insights and recommendations on various business matters
• Represent the company in external meetings, conferences, and events as required
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• English- mother tongue- Big advantage
• 5+ years of experience in a strategic or operational role, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Proven track record of driving results and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
