General Description:
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Revenue Operations (RevOps). This role is ideal for candidates with 2-4 years of experience in Salesforce development and a passion for optimizing revenue processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and customizing Salesforce solutions to enhance our revenue operations efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions to support revenue operations processes, including lead management, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that align with business objectives.
- Optimize Salesforce workflows and automation to streamline revenue processes and improve efficiency.
- Perform data analysis and reporting to provide insights into revenue performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices and new features to continuously improve our Salesforce implementation.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components development.
- Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator).
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Billing.
- Familiarity with revenue operations concepts and practices.
- Knowledge of other CRM systems and their integration with Salesforce.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on revenue operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
