Senior Salesforce Developer

General Description:

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Revenue Operations (RevOps). This role is ideal for candidates with 2-4 years of experience in Salesforce development and a passion for optimizing revenue processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and customizing Salesforce solutions to enhance our revenue operations efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions to support revenue operations processes, including lead management, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that align with business objectives.
• Optimize Salesforce workflows and automation to streamline revenue processes and improve efficiency.
• Perform data analysis and reporting to provide insights into revenue performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices and new features to continuously improve our Salesforce implementation.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components development.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator).
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Billing.
• Familiarity with revenue operations concepts and practices.
• Knowledge of other CRM systems and their integration with Salesforce.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on revenue operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
