Senior FP&A Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to join our finance team.

The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in financial planning and analysis to drive insightful decision-making and optimize performance across the business. the Senior FP&A Analyst will be responsible develop robust financial forecasts, analyze key business drivers, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, a keen attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Support the monthly and quarterly financial reporting cycle
• Partner with department leaders on regular analyses, encompassing headcount, Opex, and business metrics on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually basis.
• Manage budget control and analysis to maintain expense control, P&L and CF
• Partner with the Accounting Team to support the period-end close process
• Assist in preparing management reports and board of directors packages
• Support the business plan processes and prepare short- and long-range forecast updates and reporting
• Benchmarks analysis
• Approve purchase orders, support procurement, and engage in effective collaboration with business partners to ensure sound decision-making.
• Support financial projects through scenario modeling and ad hoc analysis
  
  

Requirements:

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience as an FP&A Analyst/ Business Analyst/Financial Analyst in a tech company. SaaS company an advantage
• BA/BSc/MSc in a quantitative field
• Analytical mind with exceptional attention to details
• Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g. Qlikview, Tableau, Power BI)
• Excellent Excel and SQL abilities
