Position Summary

We are looking for a passionate bookkeeper to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate should possess a high level of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently, be proactive, and have the desire to influence all aspects of the business. Responsibilities

• Manage the bank's reconciliation including deposit and rates.
• Manage Credit Card process including credit card statement reconciliations
• General ledger maintenance and reconciliation.
• Aging AR and AP and collection.
• Travel expenses reports.
• Adhoc assisting with other financial projects.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience - MUST!
• Bookkeeping type 1-2- MUST!
• Type 2 accountancy certificate
• Proficient English – written and spoken
• Proficiency in Excel and Word
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Mesh and DOKKA - an advantage
• A team player with a can-do attitude Experience using NetSuite - an advantage
