R/T Protection Product Manager

Our mission is to provide cutting-edge technology that ensures the protection and integrity of Run-time data exchange through APIs. We seek a highly talented and motivated Product Manager to join our team and lead the product management of our Run-time Protection product.

This role reports to the Head of Product for R/T Protection and offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the cybersecurity industry.

What will you do:

• Develop and execute the product vision and strategy for our R/T Protection product in alignment with the company's overall goals and market demands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, security researchers, design, and data science, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive the product roadmap.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and potential areas for product differentiation.
• Work closely with customers, sales teams, and customer success to gather feedback, understand user requirements, and translate them into actionable product enhancements.
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and updates.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials.
• Monitor product performance and gather data-driven insights to continuously improve product quality, user experience, and customer satisfaction.

As Product Manager for Enterprise Platform Capabilities, you will play a crucial role in shaping our platform to ensure its alignment with the requirements of enterprise-level customers. This position demands a strategic mindset, deep product expertise, and a passion for creating products that deliver unparalleled value.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Manager in the cybersecurity industry.
• Strong technical background and understanding of API security concepts, Run-time threat detection, and mitigation techniques.
• Proven track record of successfully managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, in an agile development environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science, to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in API security and Run-time protection is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
