We’re building a big-data SW intelligence platform that turns data generated throughout the SW development lifecycle (code, user stories, pipelines, scanning tools) into insights and optimization tools to help 1000+ R&D teams in AT&T continuously improve while developing products for dozens of millions of customers to use.

AT&T R&D Center Israel is looking for an exceptional and passionate Project Manager to join our professional team.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the project, while striving to meet delivery commitments
• Create and amend project plans and schedules in coordination with the Delivery and Product groups
• Anticipate bottlenecks and risks, lead escalation management, manage dependencies and tradeoffs
• Report progress and overall project status to internal groups and executive management
• Function as primary liaison to external groups and stakeholders in project-related areas
• Understand budget constraints and commitments of the project, lead effort estimates discussions and report financial information
• Manage multiple and varying projects simultaneously
• 7+ years of project management experience
• Impressive interpersonal skills and the capacity to motivate individuals towards achievements
• Proven technical background and experience leading delivery teams in a matrix environment
• Experience working with customers, establishing relationships and communicating in a proficient manner
• Extensive knowledge and practice with Agile methodologies and mindset
• Detail-oriented, organized and methodological mindset
• Experience working with remote teams and external partners
• Global mindset with understanding of multi-cultural nuances and flexibility with overseas hours
• Experience in software development - Advantage
• Excellent spoken and written English
• BA in computer science, management, industrial engineering or equivalent - Advantage
