Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

**Global Pharmaceutical Company Requires Medical Representative**

There are two vacancies for medical representatives, you will promote the company's products in the regions of the country in either central -south district, or north of Israel.

Communicate with professional caregivers (doctors, nurses, pharmacists) through various channels F2F and digital.

The medical representative will raise awareness of the product, answer inquiries, provide updated and reliable information, and present new products.

Responsibilities:

• Management of territories and clients: updating MCCP, meeting the call plan (CPA), identifying client needs and appropriate communication channels.
• Organizing and F2F meetings with patient caregivers.
• Supporting HCP's decision to improve patient outcomes ethically.
• Presenting to doctors and medical teams (in accordance with MC conditions)
• Promoting company products
• Raising awareness of unit products and scientific updates (EBM)
• Addressing both the business and scientific needs of health professionals.
• Developing new initiatives.
• Creating collaborations and professional contacts with patient caregivers.
• Active participation in team meetings, including sharing information and recommended work methods, reading relevant materials, and preparing presentations and marketing materials according to team needs.
• Open communication with clients and company functions regarding team products.
• Maintaining deep and current knowledge of the industry, trade association, competitors, and buyer dynamics and focusing efforts on customer opportunities.
• Working according to company procedures, codes of compliance, rules, and regulatory guidelines.
• Reporting any safety information received during work to the pharmacovigilance department.
• Participation in conferences domestically and abroad whenever required

Requirements:

• BSc in Life Sciences or a paramedical degree - mandatory
• Experience as a medical representative in the pharmaceutical industry, with previous experience in prescription drugs - at least one year.
• Experience working with specialist doctors - mandatory
• Experience in oncology - an advantage
• High ability to read, analyze, and interpret medical research
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
• Presentation skills (Hebrew and English), digital capabilities
• Quick to work and quick learning ability
• Valid driver's license - this role requires travel.
