Job Description 

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Financial Controller to join our team for a six-month period in our Tel Aviv office. This role is a temporary assignment, covering for our Controller who will be on maternity leave.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports for investors.
• Collaborating closely with auditors and tax advisors to manage audits and ensure compliance.
• Performing valuations of portfolio companies.
• Assisting in monthly book closings and budget preparation.
• Preparing federal tax filings in compliance with FATCA and CRS requirements.

Qualifications (Experience, skills)

• CPA certification from a Big 4 accounting firm.
• Exceptional attention to detail, a high level of accountability, and excellent time management skills.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English.
