Technical Support Engineer for North American Market

Requirements:

• Working hours: 18:00 until 1:00AM Israel time (11:00 EST to 18:00 EST)
• MONDAY-FRIDAY obligatory
• Customer facing
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English

Description:

• Customer facing
• Reproduce problem & flow for specific customer
• Collect data points
• Collect evidences
• Use playbook tool
• Use tools, such as postman in the analysis process
• Check dashboards and analytic tools

Check running jobs: cleanup, backup, elastic. Check backup files for sanity in data-lake, check HDD monitors + available free space

Create and use additional monitors

Incident report and root-cause analysis

Networking and system troubleshooting

Must have Qualifications:

• MongoDB
• Kibana
• Grafana
• Dockers + k8s
• Minimal support devOps experience (~1 year)
• Cloud infra – Azure/AWS + networking troubleshooting
