Software Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Full Stack developers and QA engineers, including recruitment, deployment, prioritization, and task tracking.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, system analysts, architecture teams, infrastructure teams, and DevOps teams.
• Take responsibility for product quality, including conducting code reviews.
• Develop team capabilities according to evolving technological requirements.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements:

-Minimum of 3 years of team management experience in software development.

-7 years of experience in .NET Core (C#) and JavaScript development.

-Experience in both client-side and server-side development.

-Experience in developing REST APIs and working with Microservices is mandatory.

-Previous experience working in large organizations with heavily regulated systems and complex data processing.

-Experience in developing cross-system processes.
