We are a leading organization in search of a highly skilled Software Team Lead to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a strong and stable company within a quality technological environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage a team of Full Stack developers and QA engineers, including recruitment, deployment, prioritization, and task tracking.
Collaborate closely with project managers, system analysts, architecture teams, infrastructure teams, and DevOps teams.
Take responsibility for product quality, including conducting code reviews.
Develop team capabilities according to evolving technological requirements.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements:

-Minimum of 3 years of team management experience in software development.

-7 years of experience in .NET Core (C#) and JavaScript development.

-Experience in both client-side and server-side development.

-Experience in developing REST APIs and working with Microservices is mandatory.

-Previous experience working in large organizations with heavily regulated systems and complex data processing.

-Experience in developing cross-system processes.
