Scopely is looking for a Game Economy Manager to join our Bingo Bash team in Tel Aviv (Israel) on a hybrid basis!

What You’ll Do

As a Game Economy Manager, you will be responsible for the virtual economy of Bingo Bash. You will create and optimize the mathematical logic for both our existing and new features. You will have a deep understanding of the player's behavior, and how different groups of customers behave differently, in order to inform the design and balance of the economy. You will collaborate closely with our Product Managers, Game Designers and Live Operations teams in order to design the most fun and engaging experience for our players.

• Design and optimize the economy for new and existing features
• Manage the economy and pricing of virtual goods, content, and currencies in the game
• Collaborate with product, live ops & analytics teams to design the optimal game experience for our players
• Define, monitor & analyze game economy metrics
• Plan A/B tests in order to optimize gameplay and monetization KPIs
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• BA degree in Economics/Mathematics/Statistics/Engineering or a quantitative field
• High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details
• Enjoy working with numbers, formulas, data analysis, and excellent skills in Excel
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with a team
• 1-2 years of experience in an analytical role
• Experience in the gaming industry - an advantage!
