Customer Operations Specialist (Temp)

Papaya Global is looking to hire a Customer Operations Specialist.

• The position is temporary for 6 months, with a possibility for extension. **
  
  

• Be responsible for inputting and maintaining payroll data in our customer platform
• Be responsible for accurate and timely payroll data entry in our customer platform
• Review and audit data to ensure data integrity
• Support the implementation and optimization of customer success processes and workflows
• Provide administrative support
• Assist on special projects and requirements
• Monitor reports to identify data gaps
• Collaborate with different departments to solve problems and bring up any issues

• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact
• Fluent English and excellent overall communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing)

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a short time and adhere to tight schedules
