Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Location: Tel-Aviv/Ramat Gan, Israel (Hybrid/Remote)

Salary: Up to $160K Base + Bonus + Equity (Highly Flexible)

Having just raised funding of $6Million, my client is a cutting-edge AI fintech risk assessment company dedicated to revolutionising risk analysis in the financial sector through advanced data science techniques. They strive in harnessing the power of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and predictive analytics to provide tailored risk assessment solutions to financial institutions globally.

As they continue to expand our operations and innovate our products, I am seeking a nimble and agile Chief Technology Officer to lead on their technological initiatives and drive growth strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a technology strategy aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
• Lead the development of AI-powered risk assessment products and solutions.
• Build and lead a high-performing technology team.
• Oversee the selection and optimisation of the technology stack.
• Stay abreast of advancements in AI, machine learning, deep learning, big data and fintech.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
• Manage the technology budget effectively.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in early stage fintech or Insurtech companies.
• Deep expertise in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing.
• Experience with scalable, cloud-based technology solutions (AWS).
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in finance.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
