Digital Video Creator

We are looking for a Digital Video Creator who can take ideas from a blank page to a finished, ready to use asset. You will own the full production chain: concept, script, filming, and edit. The bar is stop the scroll work, videos built around strong hooks that hold attention in the first seconds and keep it to the end. Output serves, organic channels, paid
campaigns and website too

:Key Responsibilities

End to End Production: Own every stage from idea and script through filming and edit. No hand offs, no waiting on a team
Hooks and Retention: Build openings that stop the scroll, and structure videos for watch time and completion. Hook writing is a core craft of this role, not an afterthought
Organic and Paid Deliverables: Deliver finished assets ready to publish organically and ready to run as paid creative, including variations, alternate hooks, and the cuts each placement needs
Editing Craft: Execute advanced editing including pacing, sound design, color grading, captions, and motion
Volume and Consistency: Deliver a steady weekly output of finished videos at a consistent quality bar
Iteration on Performance: Review what performs, then pivot hooks, formats, and angles based on the numbers

:Required Skills and Experience

Portfolio (Mandatory): A body of video work with proven engagement, ideally including creative that ran as paid
Industry Adaptability: Ability to step into a new category, learn its audience and tone, and keep engagement high without diluting the brand or forcing a template onto it
Self Sufficiency: Comfortable operating solo from concept to delivery, sourcing what a shoot needs and solving problems without supervision
Technical Skills: Mastery of filming gear including lighting and audio, and of editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut
On Camera Comfort: Willingness to be the face and voice of the brand, or exceptional ability to direct others on camera
