In This Role As a Software Engineer, You Will

• Dive deep into Large Language Model (LLM) technologies, actively researching and experimenting with new solutions to drive innovation in hiring practices.
• Implement practical applications of LLM research findings into end-user-facing applications, creating scalable and impactful tools that directly impact clients.
• Adopt lean methodologies to swiftly meet business objectives, swiftly iterating based on client feedback and being unafraid to take risks and learn from failures.
• Deeply understand product challenges to make intelligent and efficient software-building decisions.
• Collaborate closely with our global R&D, Product, and Design teams located in the US and Vietnam. This role includes the exciting opportunity for international travel once or twice a year, fostering cross-cultural cooperation and growth.
  
  

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in backend-oriented software development in a startup
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or Engineering
• Proven Experience in backend technologies, preferably Python
• Experience leading a project in an LLM development environment (LangChain, HuggingFace, Prompt Engineering) - an advantage
• Experience in software architecture design
• Experience in a cloud-based environment: AWS/Azure, RESTful API, Nginx, Docker, CI - Jenkins, SQL/Postgres, Kubernetes
• A passion for learning, constantly staying up to date with innovative technologies
• High ownership perception with a can-do approach
• Self-managed and high ability to work independently
• Great leadership skills with a high mentoring attitude within the team
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
