Head of Product

One of my clients: AI company - a trailblazer in scent research, is seeking a Head of Product to steer the development of their innovative AI solution.

The product is designed to optimize and economize by using algo the fragrance formulation process for consumer goods companies (B2B) . The users are laboratory personnel who are at the forefront of developing fragrance formulas in those companies.

The ideal candidate will bring a profound expertise in AI product management, preferably within an enterprise setting, and a keen understanding of the consumer goods industry.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Craft and execute a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with Moodify's mission and the evolving needs of the fragrance industry.
• AI Product Management Expertise: Utilize extensive experience in managing AI-based products, particularly within enterprise-level companies, to drive product innovation and excellence.
• Product Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap, prioritizing AI-driven features that cater to both enterprise and consumer goods markets.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with R&D, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure seamless product development and strategic alignment.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively engage with key enterprise customers and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, integrating this into product iterations for optimal value and fit.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in AI product management, especially in an enterprise environment, with a strong preference for those with experience in the consumer goods sector.
• Strategic and analytical thinking skills, with a history of developing innovative, market-leading AI-based products.
• Outstanding leadership and communication abilities, capable of motivating cross-functional teams and articulating product vision across the organization.
• Proficiency in agile development methodologies and comprehensive product lifecycle management.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; a Master's degree in Neurosience is highly desirable, adding a unique depth of understanding to AI product management in the context of scent and consumer behavior.
