Production Manager

Resonetics, a global leader in advanced engineering, prototyping, product development, and micro manufacturing, is hiring a Production Manager.

As the Production Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in aligning our manufacturing capabilities with our ambitious production goals.

Responsibilities

The Production Manager is responsible for ensuring equipment and production personnel resources are in place in support of the company’s production plan including:

• Assembling and prioritizing production and customer requirements.
• Defining the manufacturing vision and supportive strategies.
• Working closely with engineering, materials, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
• Through a team of line supervisors, organize daily workload for all production personnel.
• Supervise and assist in the selection and training of new personnel.
• Develop process documentation consistent with company policies.
• Aid in the monitoring and scheduling of maintenance to equipment.
• Implement Lean Six-Sigma methodologies and programs.
• Monitor the efficiency and quality of all production jobs.
• Assist in troubleshooting production jobs.
• Manage employee conduct or performance in a manner consistent with Company policies.
• Establish and control departmental budgets and forecasts.
• Support, maintain and encourage Resonetics quality policies.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years in a similar role.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing managerial role.
• Demonstrated experience with FDA/GMP or ISO 13485 requirements.
• Experience in Medical Device companies.
• B.Sc. in industrial engineering, management, industrial technology, business administration or equivalent.
• Lean Six-Sigma green belt.
