We are on the hunt for a skilled CRM specialist to assume control of our clients' CRM systems, primarily focusing on HubSpot and Salesforce.
In this critical position, you'll be essential in synchronizing our clients' CRM systems with their broad business objectives, significantly influencing vital performance indicators like sales pipeline speed and overall business efficacy. Your role will be crucial in improving the user interface, simplifying procedures, and enhancing data reliability, all contributing significantly to our clients' growth and achievements.
Tasks you'll tackle:
- Create and maintain documentation for essential processes, actively resolving user issues through direct feedback and discussions with stakeholders.
- Manage and organize data within HubSpot, setting up reports for audits and pinpointing needed adjustments.
- Tailor CRM fields, layouts, and types to suit business workflows.
- Adjust system settings to fulfill organizational needs.
- Formulate and enforce workflow rules to automate operations.
- Handle alerts and notifications and ensure seamless integration with other business software.
- Supervise the processes of data migration and integration.
- Produce and share both regular and specialized reports, deriving insights from CRM data.
- Offer training and support to our clients' teams.
- Work closely with marketing teams to implement automated marketing campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and segmentation strategies.
- Optimize marketing automation processes to generate and nurture leads effectively, driving increased conversion rates and revenue.
- Lead the implementation and configuration of HubSpot CRM, Sales, Marketing, and Service Hub modules for our clients.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to optimize revenue operations.
Your expertise includes:
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with CRM administration, especially within HubSpot. MUST.
- Salesforce experience is a bonus.
- Understand business processes to enhance the customization and configuration of the CRM to match the specific needs of the business.
- You will possess an organized and methodical approach to your work.
- Skills in data management, including cleansing, reporting, and continuous audits.
- A proven track record in enhancing user adoption and the efficacy of training programs.
- High level of English and Hebrew, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- A deep understanding of customer success software and associated technologies.
