We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director Global SEO to lead the SEO strategy for the entire Navan organization. This role will be responsible for developing and executing an SEO strategy that focuses on top volume travel and expense keywords, generates organic traffic, and drives leads.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the latest SEO trends, tactics, and best practices, as well as a track record of delivering results. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and web development, to ensure that all website content is optimized for search engines.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy that focuses on top volume travel and expense keywords
• Work cross-functional in order to implement strategy, incl. optimizing website content, including on-page, off-page, content development, link building and technical SEO
• Optimize website content, including on-page, off-page, content development, link building and technical SEO, to drive organic traffic and leads
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Develop and execute link building strategies to improve domain authority and search engine rankings
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, tactics, and best practices, and implement them into the SEO strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across the site
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a focus on driving organic traffic and leads
• Strong leadership skills, incl. communication and project management
• Very good understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
• Experience with keyword research and analysis, on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building
• Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Analytics/Search Console
• Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic and leads
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead SEO efforts across the organization
