About the Role:

We seek an experienced Senior Performance Manager (Retail & eCommerce) to drive significant growth at Zap Price Comparisons. You'll have proven success leading data-driven, multi-channel campaigns for retail and eCommerce verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize and Execute: Design and implement large-scale campaigns for the retail sector, spanning Google, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Optimize for Retail Outcomes: Analyze campaign data to meet ROAS goals, increase revenue, and optimize retail-specific KPIs like increased product visibility and sales conversions.
• Initiative: Drive retail performance and marketing growth through independent strategy development, campaign innovation, and identifying operational expansion opportunities.
• Market Insights & Trends: Stay on top of retail-focused performance marketing trends, conduct competitor analysis, and present strategic recommendations to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven Track Record: 7+ years in performance marketing with a focus on retail and eCommerce campaigns.
• Multi-Channel Mastery: Deep experience in Google Ads, Meta platforms, and other high-impact retail channels.
• Data-Driven Leader: Excellent analytical skills, KPI selection expertise, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies for retail clients.
• Team Management Experience: A history of managing or mentoring performance marketing teams, ideally within the retail or eCommerce sectors.
• Providing proactive solutions and staying ahead of market trends through a passion for retail and e-commerce.
