Cyber Defense Center Manager

INGIMA Israel is hiring Cyber Defense Center Manager for a leading company in tel aviv!

• Management of the cyber defense center in the cyber defense department

• Management of a team of about 10 employees divided into 2 teams (analysts and implementers)

• Determining policies and work processes to deal with during a cyber incident

• Implementation and verification of cyber requirements according to regulatory guidelines and various standards in the field

• Analysis and evaluation of cyber threats and attacks

• Strengthening and improving the center's technological and operational capabilities

• Cooperation with internal and external parties in the cyber field

Requirements:

• Academic education - in the field of computer science / computer engineering / engineer graduated from a computer major / graduate of a technology unit in the IDF (Maram, 8200, ICT and equivalent units) / courses in information systems and cyber defense - mandatory

• At least 5 years of experience in the management and operation of a cyber defense center or a similar position

• Knowledge and experience with advanced information and communication security products, such as Firewalls, IDS, DLP, SIEM, SOC and more

• Knowledge and experience in the management and operation of various security systems, hardening, communication segmentation, etc.

• Ability to manage and lead employees, projects and resources

• Ability to analyze and solve problems at a high level

• Ability to work under pressure and in emergency situations

• Ability to communicate and cooperate with different parties

• Professional certifications in the field of cyber, such as CISSP, CISM, CISA and more - an advantage.
