We are working with a pioneering company in the blockchain and crypto space. They are a highly innovative organization dedicated to revolutionizing the way decentralized exchanges operate. Their team consists of passionate individuals who are deeply committed to pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the crypto ecosystem. We are seeking a passionate, creative, and strategic-minded General Manager with extensive Web3 experience to lead their team towards success.

In the role of General Manager, you'll be integral to their mission.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement product strategy, manage stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teams including development, marketing, and operations.
• Take charge of research, product design, and the creation of essential documents such as PRD, prototypes, and more for their DEX aggregator.
• Collaborate closely with various departments including market, operation, UI/UX, R&D, and testing to ensure smooth project implementation and launch.
• Conduct thorough reviews of product documents, function design, interaction design, and other aspects created by team members.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of products and develop data analysis indicators to enhance performance.
• Monitor and analyse daily data to extract valuable insights and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Conduct in-depth research on direct and indirect competitors, services, and projects to identify strengths, weaknesses, and develop a strong USP for their platform.
• Collaborate with business partners and crypto ventures/service providers to establish and manage valuable partnerships and business development efforts.
• Work closely with management to align business objectives and meet specification needs.
• Gather feedback from the market and users to continuously improve their product and enhance customer value experience.
  
  

• Minimum of 3 years of web3 B2C and/or mobile experience or relevant experience in web3 project management.
• At least 1 year of experience in DEX/CEX operation.
• Past experience with DAO operation and practical execution.
• Excellent knowledge of crypto, dApps, web3 protocols, DAO, NFT services, and their strategies (a must).
• Solid understanding of token economics.
• Strong logical, critical, strategic, and creative thinking skills, capable of translating high-level concepts into actionable execution plans.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a startup environment and deliver high-quality work.
• Exceptional research and document organization skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in designing KPIs and running PDCA cycles for continual improvement.
• Strong presentation skills using various office tools.
  
  

• Experience in token-economics design.
• Community management experience.
• Technical understanding of protocols and the blockchain ecosystem.
• Familiarity with the NFT market and a creator's mindset.
• Led successful token-based fundraising campaigns.
• Experience in launching and growing social networking accounts and communities from scratch.
• UX writing or related experience.
• Experience in NFT creation or trading.
• Crypto asset investment and management experience.
• Familiarity with industry networks and creator experiences.
