Quality Engineer

Our dedication to quality and innovation has fueled our rapid growth, and we're now seeking a talented Quality Engineer to join our passionate team.

Responsibilities:

·      Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements by aligning with work documents such as quality agreements and Statements of Work (SOW), seamlessly integrating them into company processes.

·      Manage relationships with both domestic and overseas customers, addressing quality-related matters including engineering changes, product support at various production stages, and customer quality requirements.

·      Conduct analysis of manufacturing processes and data, undertaking precise and analytical approach.

·      Effectively resolve quality issues arising during production and manage periodic quality findings.

·      Lead investigations and resolution of customer complaints, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

·      Supervise software validations, encompassing protocol composition through to implementation.

·      Employee training and support of colleagues in the Quality Department in fulfilling their responsibilities.

·      Execution of additional tasks related to quality as needed.

Requirements:

·     Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related) preferred

·      5+ years of proven experience in the quality field, including software validation processes

·      Profound familiarity with the ISO13485 standard and regulatory requirements for medical devices

·      Experience with Priority and engineering information systems - advantage

·      High-level English (written and spoken)
