Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead Software Engineer at Syntero, in central region, Israel. The Software Engineer will be responsible for the designing, implementing, and maintaining both front and back-end web applications. The role includes oversight and mentorship of junior developers.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development
• Experience in Back-End Web Development and Programming
• Experience in Front-End Web Development including no/low-code
• Experience in training and mentoring programmers
• Familiarity with agile/scrum development methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
