Controller- Temporary (7-8M)

Dentsu International, one of the world’s leading Advertising and Media groups, is looking for a Financial Controller for its office in Tel Aviv - Temporary position (7-8 Months – Starting from April 2024)

Responsibilities:

• Support and control most aspects of accounting management (billing, collection, reconciliation, payments, tax forms, intercompany process, reporting etc.)
• Preparation of financial statements in compliance with Global guidelines and official requirements
• Manage journal entries, invoices etc. and reconcile accounts for the monthly and annual closing.
• Reporting financial results to the Global management monthly.
• Cash Flow management and analysis
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Preparation for the annual audit and manage the process with external auditors and advisors.
• Review the company’s accounting information to identify and resolve inaccuracies or imbalances.
• Utilize accounting IT system to facilitate processes and maintain records.
• Supporting the formulation and implementation of control systems within the organization.

Requirements and skills:

• BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Professional certification (CPA) - MUST
• 1-2 years of experience in a company as an Assistant Controller/Controller
• Fluent in English and Hebrew
• Solid knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and regulations
• Understanding of bookkeeping recording, journal entries, trial balance and reconciliations.
• Good knowledge of accounting and financial processes (budgeting, financial closure, reporting etc.)
• Understanding of data analysis and forecasting
• Working knowledge of MS Office (especially excel) and accounting software.
• Well-organized with ability to prioritize, to work effectively and independently.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
• High level of communication and interpersonal skills
