Order Management Specialist

Aqua Security is looking for an exceptional and passionate Order Management Specialist to join our growing finance team!

This is a great opportunity if you are an enthusiastic and agile Salesforce and NetSuite orientated person, with the ability to manage order processing and improve financial processes and is looking for the next career challenge in the field of order management in an innovative Hi-Tech Business Finance department.

Location: Ramat Gan, Israel (Hybrid Working Model)

Your impact

• Responsible for the full order process management cycle, from order to cash including booking process, invoicing, collection and ARR calculation.
• Manage the calculation of sales tax, reconciliation and review reporting.
• Define customer setup and data maintenance in Salesforce and NetSuite systems.
• Reviewing and analyzing company KPI's in the BI tools
• Problem-solving and interfacing with the company's internal departments (sales operation, sales, professional services, finance, legal & IT) as well as external customers.
• Ability to do critical analysis reconciliations and recommend solutions in resolving complex issues.
• Ensure excellent service standards and maintains high customer satisfaction.
• Project and other Ad Hoc tasks.

Requirements:

• BA degree in economics, operations, or other relevant degree.
• 3 years’ experience in a Hi-Tech/industrial company in Finance/Operation/ Business process/ Sales operation department – a must
• System experience with Salesforce, NetSuite and Avalara a big plus.
• Attention to details and good analytical skills.
• Ability to Prioritize and Multitask individual responsibilities and the department's priorities.
• Good problem solving as well as organizational skills.
• Able to work independently, schedule time efficiently and set priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a flexible hour with our US team.
• High level of Excel skills
