Responsibilities

• Support the HoRSSA and the Owner’s Engineer team (WSP) in the oversight of PMC’s delivery of System Assurance and RAMS obligations within their scope as well as review and coordination of the reviews of related Concessionaire submissions
• Coordinating with the following stakeholders and project teams:

Clients and Client’s advisory teams, Concessionaire’s Team including Project Director/Managers, Design Managers, Consultants, and Contractors

• Carry out tasks assigned by the HoRSSA supporting the various responsibilities of the Systems Assurance (SA) team.
• Identify and track the performance of SA obligations for the PMC and the Concessionaire
• Support the gathering of data and information required by the Project to complete the Services
• Provide progress information to allow accurate reporting of Concessionaire progress and PMC performance
• Liaising with Clients, Consultants and Contractors to implement System Assurance requirements in compliances with overall project scope
• Assisting in the review and approval of contractor documentation
• Contributing to the formal project reporting for Systems Assurance including Requirements verification status, interface hazard requirements, and the project Hazard Logs.
• Promoting and developing continuous improvement of techniques and practice
• Ensuring quality standards are achieved throughout the respective project teams
• Observing the Q/HSE policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in technical field (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, etc)
• General computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft software
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and communication abilities
• Able and willing to learn new skills
• Fluent in English (written and Spoken)

Preferred

• Experience with MS SharePoint and MS Power BI and willingness to learn and work with Excel macros and management of SharePoint workflow processes.
• Past Systems Assurance experience and/or construction auditing
• Fluent in Hebrew (Spoken), English
• Work or internship experience in technical field
