Marketing Assistant and Events coordinator

Noris Medical is looking for a Marketing & Education assistant and Events manager to join our global marketing team!

We are hiring a creative and passionate global Marketing assistant to help drive performance and scale our focused marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage core demand generation activities, including email nurturing and assisting in facilitating virtual global events, as well as pre and post-global events promotion.
• Establish repeatable processes, templates, and best practices for campaign management and growth hacking.
• Assist in operating and maintaining our marketing automation platform and tech stack to drive and expand the pipeline, revenue, and customer engagement.
• Tracking and analyzing KPIs
• Work closely with designers, sales managers, and marketing leadership to develop and promote content and assets for growth campaigns.
• Manage execution of the annual events& course plan.
• Support projects related to brand and content

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or other related fields
• Native English (other languages are a plus!)
• Knowledge of various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
• E-mail marketing/content / creative / CX experience- an advantage
• Well-organized and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to engage/interact with an audience online
• Willingness and passion for learning the ins and outs of the industry
• An advantage for a previous similar position in the medical device field.
• The position is at the company's HQ offices in Nesher/Haifa.
• The position is subordinate to the Global CMO.
