The opportunity:

In this role you will be:

• responsible for the group activity and scope, ensuring multiple projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• You will also be responsible for developing and implementing project management processes and tools.
• Manage project deliverables and reporting.
• Manage project routines, tasks and budget.
• Evaluate current project processes and create and implement new methods, standards, templates and tools.
• Develop and monitor metrics and KPIs.
• Develop and implement strategies for enhancing project quality and efficiency.

How you’ll spend your day:

• Lead project proposals and create project plan to meet customer/commercial requirement with cost, timeline and deliverable, creating relevant reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with team members, support functions and stakeholders, in different management level, on project-related initiatives, meeting regularly to review project status, identify issues, work toward resolution, and maintain project plan.
• Coordinate project resources, with a focus on team members, support functions and contractors/suppliers.
• Develop and maintain project cost control, including identifying and tracking budget variances, and lead the budget development.
• Maintain project records, including meeting minutes, activity reports, and meeting agendas, create reports for customers, senior managers and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress against plans and schedules, identifying and resolve problems, and updating project plans as needed.
• Oversee and manage project communication efforts, including writing and disseminating project communications, conducting regular project status calls, and responding to team members’ communications.
• Reviewing and updating existing procedures, templates and tools

Requirements

• University education in the field of industrial engineering, engineering, chemistry or other related fields
• More than 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• 5+ years' experience in a PMO role with international companies
• Thorough understanding of project management best practices, with continuous improvement as a core value
• Experience leading the implementation of large-scale projects.
• Strong skills with leadership, conflict management, negotiation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to travel 20-25% of the time.
