Head of SEM

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Head of SEM to join our growing team in Tel Aviv.

The successful candidate will be required to:

• Develop and align paid media, specifically SEM, strategies with overarching company objectives, ensuring a cohesive vision.
• Drive continuous improvement in methodologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Stay updated on PPC trends, Google automation processes, and implement best practices accordingly.
• Monitor and enhance the utilization of cutting-edge tools, identifying areas for refinement and efficiency.
• Hold accountability for revenue growth, increased market share, and overall company profitability in the paid search domain.
• Provide professional leadership within the department, implementing effective practices and techniques.
• Manage and mentor Marketing Analysts and Team Leads, fostering growth and skill development.
• Audit and assess business practices to ensure alignment with industry standards.
• Identify and lead the integration of new technologies and capabilities for improved performance.
• Identify and promote potential upcoming verticals to drive growth.
• Lead initiatives and develop tools to optimize conversion rates across diverse channels and markets.
• Analyze business results, track KPIs, and implement strategies to improve portal effectiveness.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the AD-Tech industry, with a strong track record in managerial roles.
• Proven success in SEM and Paid media, with a track record of leading campaigns on Google platforms, Bing, social media, or native advertising.
• In-depth knowledge of PPC best practices and experience managing high-budget campaigns in a global market.
• Proficiency in marketing technologies, automation tools, and associated platforms.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Exceptional communication abilities, capable of collaborating effectively across various interfaces within the organization.
• Analytical mindset with a strong ability to leverage data-driven insights for informed decision-making and campaign optimization.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and attention to detail.
• Native-level English proficiency, capable of delivering complex information clearly.
