Design Team Lead

FireArc owns, develops, and continually optimizes an intricate system of digital assets, contents, and infrastructures, all contributing to our digital advertising ecosystems.

Our products and digital content range from utility applications, habit-tracking mobile apps, and gaming apps, to native advertising ad tech. All our products and content coordinate together to create unique monetization solutions and advanced revenue streams for digital properties.

We are seeking a Design Team Lead! An individual who not only possesses a strong design background but also demonstrates exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.

Your Impact & Responsibilities:

You'll be collaborating with the Product and Marketing teams on our end-to-end user experience and help us roll out products that deliver our company's vision.e are looking for a talented and highly motivated

Our portfolio includes multiple platforms and mobile & desktop utility apps for both iOS and Android

• Play a pivotal role in shaping and designing our suite of products, which encompasses a diverse range of utility apps for both iOS and Android platforms
• Craft seamless and intuitive user experiences that boost the functionality and ease of use of our online assets and products
• Conduct a full cycle from user research, ideation, concept, wireframes, and visual design to actual delivery and QA
• Be the UI and UX expert and serve as our focal point
• Stay up-to-date with UX and UI trends and share your knowledge with relevant stakeholders
• Work in collaboration with product managers, marketing managers, and developers

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a design leadership role within a B2C product company.
• Designer 5+ years of interface design experience in delivering high-volume, high-profile across multiple platforms
• Experience designing complex features for mobile and web applications.
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma
• Good understanding of mobile business models (Ads and IAP monetization)
• Experience in user research techniques, including user interviews, usability testing, and persona creation.
• Demonstrated success in managing and leading cross-functional design teams, fostering collaboration and driving results.
• Proven experience in delivering outstanding design solutions that have had a measurable impact on user engagement and satisfaction.
• A natural leader with the ability to motivate and inspire team members, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and continuous learning.
• Expertise in both marketing/brand design and product design, with a portfolio showcasing a range of compelling and innovative work.
• Manage and lead employees training, development and performance measurement
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices, with the ability to translate business goals into intuitive.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts, collaborate with stakeholders, and influence decision-making processes.
• Ability to manage and process multiple projects, build & adjust design processes according to the rapidly changing environment
