Complaints Analyst

Job Description

• As a complaints Analyst you will generate, investigate, document, and summarize Customer Complaint’s events following the strictest regulatory demands and company’s procedures
• You will provide feedback and background information of returned product investigation
• You will Identify potential risks, customer dissatisfaction and escalate when relevant
• You will be asked to summarize properly Complaint’s investigations and author sensitive closure letters to answer the Customer
• You will perform analysis of complaints and trends.
  
  

• Education: Graduate/ practical Engineer in a science-oriented field, Bio - Medical– advantage.
• Job skills:
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and to interact effectively with peers, management members and customers
• Analytical skills – high ability using Excel
• Technical writing skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems or CRM - an advantage
• Customer service experience from a global company - an advantage
• Computer skills: Very good office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Language skills: Fluent English - writing and verbal
• Personality:
• High motivated, "team player"
• Paying attention to the small details and very well organized
• Self-learning and responsible
• Ability to work under strict timelines
