We're looking for an excellent Data Analyst, specialized in Performance Marketing to leverage the company’s data and transform it into actionable insights. That person would be responsible for tracking the marketing data, finding trends and spotting growth opportunities, ultimately improving the LTV / CAC metric.

• Track and analyze marketing datasets (such as conversion attribution, ad performance) to understand the nature of the trends.
• Provide actionable recommendations to the business.
• Pro-actively investigate trends and spot growth opportunities.
• Surface hypotheses, plan and initiate tests, and analyze their results using statistical methodology.
  
  

• 3+ years of working experience as Marketing Analyst
• Bachelor degree in a STEM field
• High proficiency in SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools
• Strong data interpretations capabilities as well as a business sense
• Good communication of insights and recommendations
• Experience in analyzing Marketing data - familiarity with CAC and ROI calculation, User Attribution, A/B Testing, Cohort Analysis and User segmentation
• Familiarity with Facebook - a plus
• Data Analysis using Python - a plus
• Knowledge of Modern Data Stack - a plus
• Experience in retail and e-commerce or adtech - a plus
