Rapyd is looking for a Knowledge Manager

We are seeking a high-performing individual who embodies self-sufficiency, possesses a keen ability to learn rapidly, and demonstrates expertise in conducting end-to-end Knowledge Management projects. As the Knowledge Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the knowledge landscape of our organization, contributing to its growth and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Work effectively across the organization with stakeholders, content creators, IT, and subject matter experts to develop and support new and existing products, features, and services
• Provide KM technical assistance to Rapyd’s employees to improve their knowledge-sharing & collaboration
• Conduct knowledge needs analysis for a variety of teams
• Manage content on Rapyd’s knowledge management systems
• Define knowledge processes and ensure they are implemented across Rapyd
• Create knowledge solutions embedded in Rapyd’s working processes
• Help establish an organizational culture that promotes and supports knowledge-sharing

Requirements:

• At least Five years of experience as a Knowledge Manager / Information Management roles
• At least Two years of experience in project management-related work
• Undergrad degree or Master’s degree - Must
• Flexible mindset and a strong ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
• Experience in designing business processes
• strong attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Capability to influence people and motivate them to take KM-related actions
• Ability to maintain constructive work relationships with the employees of all departments
• Flexibility to perform various types of tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - must
• English at a native speaker level - must
• Previous in-depth experience with Confluence - advantage
• Additional language skills - advantage
