Responsibilities

• Define models, KPIs, processes, and tools to streamline planning and communications within the product organization
• Develop business processes to streamline product development
• Build the right tools & processes that will strengthen product communication, internal managing, and development in a high-growth organization
• Define release scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Manage the tools (for collecting feature requests, bug management, road planning, etc.) that the product team uses
• Collecting, organizing, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative product data enables the entire organization to make the most of its insights

• Self starter who can learn and work independently
• A can-do attitude and the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Understanding of all aspects of the product development lifecycle, and the ability to establish credibility and rapport with product and engineering leaders
• Strong data, analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in implementation and support of complex enterprise software systems - advantage
• Computer science, engineering, or a related technical field - advantage
• Hands-on experience with Monday, Confluence, Jira, and BI tools - advantage
• Expected employment – 3 full days a week
