Brand Manager

We are a successful global consumer products company looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and strategic Brand Manager to maintain and grow our brand footprint across the globe.

The Brand Manager will help shape the voice of the brand and help it grow the consumer base. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, creative content creation and solid marketing skills, be curious, goal, and detail oriented.

The role includes:

• Help develop the brand’s online & offline marketing strategy and create the brand marketing plan in line with company objectives
• Manage creative campaigns and marketing programs (online & offline) from conception through planning and execution (end-to-end)
• Create/ brief the company’s marketing collateral (including creative) and deploy it through the different channels (work with social, e-Commerce, and distributors)
• Proactively grow brand awareness and exposure
• Organize & coordinate events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots
• Coordinate marketing efforts with sales and operations activities
• Support (& supervise) the marketing teams of the company’s distributors worldwide
• Ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations to build credibility of the brand
• Analytics and reporting

Requirements:

• 4 years or more of proven working experience in marketing, preferably in global consumer goods (companies with strong brand identity)
• Strong ability to work independently and lead international marketing efforts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, lifestyle oriented)
• Experience in B2B and B2C marketing
• Solid understanding of recent trends and best practices in online marketing. Basic understanding of e-commerce
• Knowledge of, and a passion for, lifestyle and its key players
• Impeccable organizational skills, an ability to multitask, and an enthusiastic hands-on approach to tackling projects
• Ability to work independently, quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Analytical & problem-solving skills
• English mother tongue level is a must (other languages an advantage)
