Senior Graphic Designer

About the job:

Are you a visionary graphic designer with a passion for building iconic brands? We are looking for a founding member for our design team. As the ideal candidate, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting our brand strategy into a visual identity while ensuring its consistent implementation within our marketing materials, design system, and product experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and the implementation of our brand end-to-end, from strategy through visual language.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Communications teams and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality experiences.
• Provide art direction and constructive feedback to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual experiences across all touchpoints.
• Oversee and guide outsourcing talent in various creative projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategy goals.
• Stay current with design software, tools, industry best practices, and standards.

Requirements:

• +5 years of experience in both a branding agency and a startup/high-tech company (B2C is an advantage).
• +2 years of proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong focus on leading branding initiatives.
• B.A. in Visual Communication, Design, or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering visual designs, digital experiences, and leading branding initiatives.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful branding projects.
• Ability to translate brand strategies into compelling visual designs across various platforms: print, digital, and social media.
• Strong UI/UX skills to create user-friendly and visually appealing digital interfaces.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to articulate and present creative ideas effectively.
• Proficient in industry-standard design software Figma - a MUST
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Up-to-date with the latest design trends and technology.
