Russian speaking Purchasing and Logistics Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Russian speaking Purchasing and Logistics Manager at Elison Group in Ramat Gan. As a Purchasing and Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's purchasing and logistics activities, including sourcing new suppliers and vendors, negotiating pricing and contracts, communication with outsourcing services. Additionally, you will have to manage the supply chain, ensure timely delivery and responsible for quality control and shipment processing.

Responsibilities:

Import and export.

1. Support of the entire project, from receiving a request to closing the transaction.

2. Development and provision of all necessary documentation for the project:

a) coordination and conclusion of contracts;

b) preparation of a commercial proposal;

c) collection of necessary documents for import or export;

d) preparation of invoices and closing documents for suppliers and customers.

3. Pricing:

a) calculation of the cost of goods;

b) analysis of the received prices;

c) calculation of the optimal selling price based on the market analysis.

4. Monitoring compliance with contractual obligations.

5. Maintaining internal company documentation (client card, requests, reports), according to developed processes and forms. Making proposals to optimize the process.

6. Interaction with customers and search for new clients.

7. Work with suppliers of products and services:

a) Interaction with suppliers;

b) searching for profitable offers;

c) search for new suppliers.

8. Maintaining and updating the company’s supplier catalog.

Distribution.

1. Search and analysis of proposals.

2. Interaction with manufacturers and buyers.

3. Drawing up and signing the necessary contracts and agreements with manufacturers, buyers and companies providing services for the implementation of the project.

4. Participation in the development of product design. Analysis of similar products. Analysis of product quality and benefits.

5. Pricing:

a) price analysis;

b) calculation of the cost of the product;

c) proposal for the selling price, based on market analysis;

d) development of a pricing system for buyers, depending on the volume of purchase.

6. Analysis and formation of procurement and sales forecasts.

7. Documentation work:

a) obtaining information on the necessary documents for the import and sale of the product;

b) collection and execution of documents and certificates;

c) interaction with companies providing this type of service;

d) analysis of their prices and selection of a competitive offer.

8. Work on collecting information and ensuring all necessary logistics procedures and product storage.

9. Maintaining internal documentation of the company, according to developed processes and forms. Making proposals to optimize the process.

Required Qualifications

·     Experience as an purchasing and logistics manager in the food industry and FMCG at least 3 years – must.

·     Good analytical skills. Ability to quickly search and process received information - must.

·     Fluent in Russian and English, both oral and written – must.

·     Knowledge of the specifics of logistics, customs clearance and certification of food products - huge advantage.

·     Strong negotiation, networking, and business development skills.

·     Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·    Ability to work under pressure, in a goal-oriented environment and bring results

·   High motivation and dedication, eager and proactive.
