Senior Product Manager, Security, Risk & Fraud prevention platform

You will join Intuit’s A2D (AI, Analytics and Data) organization, as the Senior Product Manager in the Security, Risk and Fraud prevention (SRF) domain. The A2D SRF team is tasked with providing all the data, tools and AI native solutions required to make informed decisions that protect Intuit’s customers from malicious activity. Our products empower Risk and fraud prevention Policy, Analysts, Ops & engineering teams to quickly detect, investigate and respond to real time fraud attacks as well as ongoing mitigation of financial risks and other fraudulent activity.

Our products include applications (e.g. business flow authoring), backend services (e.g. real time decisioning platform), data platforms (e.g. graph, data marts) and AI native solutions (e.g. risk assessment solutions, GenAI safety).

What you'll bring

• 5+ years experience as a product manager for software products in fin tech, AI, Security or related areas with a track record of successfully delivering impactful products.
• Deep understanding of software development practices and a passion for technology in general and emerging trends in particular
• Proven ability to identify technology options and make data-driven decisions that balances employee/customer experience, business objectives, and technical requirements.
• Superior communication skills with the ability to explain complex business, compliance and technology concepts simply and convincingly at every level of the organization.
• A data-driven approach for everything you do, understanding your customers, roadmap prioritization, and measuring success.
• Ability to nurture various projects in parallel, in different stages of maturity and velocity.
• Undergraduate degree required in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical discipline (equivalent professional experience will be considered); advanced degree a plus

• You will own a significant product area in the A2D SRF domain.
• You will be responsible for coming up with the shared vision and strategy for this space and evangelize it with partners, stakeholders and senior leadership.
• You will work closely with internal stakeholders, customers and teams to collect and prioritize product security requirements to come up with a comprehensive roadmap and plans.
• You will partner closely in delivering a world class product with a cross-functional team including Architects, Engineers, Security Researchers, Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers and Policy Analysts.
