Full Stack Team Leader

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fullstack Team Leader to lead our dynamic development team based in Ramat Gan, Israel. As a Fullstack Team Leader, you will play a key role in driving the development and maintenance of our digital platforms, leveraging technologies such as Vue.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, leadership skills, and the ability to guide and inspire a team of three developers.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor a team of three developers in the design, development, and maintenance of our digital platforms.
2. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
3. Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
4. Ensure the team follows best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.
5. Work closely with the QA team to ensure the quality and reliability of the developed solutions.
6. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the team's skills and development processes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in fullstack development.
3. Strong proficiency in Vue.js and Node.js.
4. Solid experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
5. Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
