We are looking for an experienced product management leader to head up our go to market data and analytics product team. You will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our data analytics platform. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge as well as proven people management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of data product managers responsible for different aspects of our analytics platform
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, finance, HR and customer success to define and launch new features
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify product gaps and opportunities
• Develop and communicate long-term product vision and 12-month roadmaps
• Analyze user data and feedback to prioritize the product backlog
• Clearly communicate tradeoffs of different product decisions to stakeholders
• Hire and mentor other product managers and promote best practices
• Oversee agile development processes to ensure on-time delivery of data products
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years as an enterprise SAAS data product manager
• 2+ years experience managing other product managers
• Technical background in data infrastructure, analytics, data visualization, or business intelligence
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field required an advantage
• Domain knowledge or previous experience in finance, marketing or customer success an advantage
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate needs into product requirements
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities
