Role purpose:

As a Product Owner, you'll drive the development and success of our games by defining features, managing the backlog, and ensuring high-quality, player-focused products that align with our objectives.

In this role you will:

• Drive product vision and roadmaps based on company goals, game studios and stakwholder needs.
• Lead and manage cross-functional projects with specific examples of past projects involving collaboration with departments such as engineering, economy, monetization and BA.
• Display strong leadership, organizational and execution skills.
• Proactively seek gaps and opportunities to drive key initiatives and improve functionality, ease of integration and useability.
• Directly mentor product owners to deliver high standards products, lead product backlog and agile release planning.
• Proactively identify and implement innovations in product management practices to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment on product goals.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning within the product management team.
• Analyze and report on the performance of products using data to drive decisions, recommending improvements and optimizations.

Most wanted:

• Minimum 3 years experience as product owner/manager ideally within the gaming/RMG industry.
• Strong communication skills, ability to manage cross-functional interfaces and guide remote teams.
• Leader and a mentor for junior product managers, aiding in their professional development.
• Strong critical thinking and creative problem solving.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field (e.g. computer science, industrial engineering).
• Comprehensive understanding of Gaming / RMG trends, emerging market dynamics, and detailed customer insights. This includes familiarity with specific technologies, regulatory environments, or competitive landscapes relevant to our industry.
• Proven track record of leading complex projects, demonstrating a high level of autonomy and decision-making, through uncertain or rapidly changing conditions.
