What will you do?
- Installation, upgrade, and maintenance of infrastructure software on the central computer.
- Configuration and customization of infrastructure software.
- Continuous support and service to development teams.
- Management, monitoring, and performance improvement.
- Support, analysis, and resolution of issues (Level 3).
- Learning and implementation of new technologies.
- Establishment of standards and work procedures.
- Conducting training sessions and mentoring peers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in software development in financial systems on the Mainframe
- Excellent knowledge and familiarity with COBOL.
- Good knowledge and familiarity with CICS and MQ.
- Familiarity with the OS/z operating system and its components.
- Good knowledge and familiarity with REXX.
- Proven experience in performance management and improvement.
- Good knowledge and familiarity with DB2 - an advantage.
