About The Job
We are looking for a skilled People Analytics& HR Generalist to join our HR team.
This role is a unique opportunity to combine HR analytical competencies with additional HR practices. This role is a vital part of the HR team overseeing and maintaining our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and analysis to drive decisions, in addition to running projects to increase engagement and present the employee's voice. This pivotal position requires a talented individual with a demonstrated history of successful HRIS implementations and a comprehensive understanding of HR processes and data management. Together with a drive to translate data into actionable insights and be part of building the EverC culture.
The ideal candidate will possess the drive to translate people analytics into actionable insights and contribute to shaping the EverC culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of HR projects and processes within the HRIS system.
- Generate routine and ad-hoc reports from the HRIS and other systems to support HR and business decision-making
- Run employee surveys from the definition of need to full analysis and recommendations collaborating with cross-department functions
- Analyze HR data trends, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations based on data insights
- Develop and maintain training materials such as onboarding and orientations
- Collaborate with the HR team to design and configure HRIS solutions aligned with the company goals and HR strategies
- Build people processes custom reports and data analysis
- Work closely with the leadership of the operations department on reports for the executive team
- Lead projects of internal communication and culture in addition to ad hoc projects required
- Work alongside managers to manage the time and attendance
- 4+ years of experience as an HR Information system Specialist and in HR practices
- The ability to capture through data and deep analytical proficiencies insights and reports
- Deep understanding of HR processes and data management. (Such as employee surveys, feedback cycles etc)
- Ability to work independently and within a team; prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A Problem solver, fast thinker, and solution oriented.
- Expert in Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office applications in general
- Excellent communication skills in a global environment both written and verbal
- Proven experience with HiBob, Monday, and ATS
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
